Childish Gambino to release “Bando Stone & The New World” album on July 19

Childish Gambino has set the music world abuzz with the announcement of his sixth studio album, “Bando Stone & The New World,” slated for release on July 19 via RCA Records.**

The multi-talented artist, known for his genre-defying sound, has also dropped the album’s explosive first single, “Lithonia,” on Tuesday. This track sets the stage for what promises to be a groundbreaking finale to his illustrious career under the Childish Gambino imprint.

Adding to the excitement, Gambino will host an exclusive interactive experience at Little Island in NYC on July 6, offering fans the first listen of “Bando Stone & The New World.” Tickets for this unique event, “Childish Gambino Live from Little Island,” go on sale July 3 at 10 AM ET.

Gambino has already started creating buzz around the album with a high-profile appearance at the 2024 BET Awards. He premiered the movie trailer for “Bando Stone & The New World” and delivered a show-stopping performance of “U Don’t Have to Call” as part of a lifetime achievement tribute to Usher.

In addition to the album, Childish Gambino is set to embark on The New World Tour, produced by AEG Presents. The U.S. leg kicks off on August 11 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, covering 33 cities before wrapping up on October 3 at the United Center in Chicago. The tour will then proceed to Europe, the UK, and Australia/New Zealand, starting in Lyon, France, on October 31 and concluding in Perth, Australia, on February 11.
