Ciara recreates cover of 2004 debut album “Goodies”
On Saturday, Ciara trended on social media, for paying homage to her iconic 2004 debut studio album. This is “Goodies,” which is hearing the 20-year anniversary mark, that is coming in late September.
Moreover, on Saturday, Ciara revealed the cover art of the Goodies album. She’s seen wearing the same pink hoodie, similar hairstyle, as well as a similar cross necklace. This also comes as fans are able to pre-order the 20th anniversary vinyl of Goodies.
Goodies contained 13 songs, including huge features from T.I., Ludacris, R. Kelly, Missy Elliott, and Petey Pablo. It was led by hit singles such as “Oh” featuring Ludacris, “One, Two Step” featuring Missy Elliott, and more. As a result, Goodies went on to see a number three debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart.
Over the last seven years, Ciara has since started a family with star NFL Quarterback, Russell Wilson. The two got married, and now have four children together. They now live in Pittsburgh, after Wilson signed with the Steelers in free agency, this off-season. Ciara’s last record was her “How We Roll” remix, in November. That included two legendary features from Lil Wayne and Chris Brown.
