Victoria Monét Announces Frequency Of Love Tour
Victoria Monét is officially taking her upcoming Frequency Of Love era on the road.
The three-time GRAMMY® Award-winning singer, songwriter and producer announced her Frequency Of Love Touron Thursday. The North American headline run will feature 27 dates and is produced by Live Nation.
The tour comes in support of Monét’s highly anticipated new album, Frequency Of Love. The project is scheduled to arrive on October 2 via Lovett Music/RCA Records.
Along with the tour announcement, Monét has also released another preview of the album. Her latest single, “Juicy,” is now available and gives fans another taste of what is coming next.
Victoria Monét Releases “Juicy”
“Juicy” serves as Monét’s latest single ahead of Frequency Of Love. The track was produced by D’Mile, Spencer Stewart and Michael Brun, with additional production from Camper and Ryan James Caar.
Meanwhile, the new release continues a busy stretch for Monét. Earlier this summer, she released “Reach Out,” which was produced by frequent collaborators Kaytranada and D’Mile.
Before that, Monét dropped “Let Me.” The single went on to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart in June.
Now, “Juicy” gives fans another preview of the sound and direction of Frequency Of Love. The new album will also follow the success of Monét’s acclaimed JAGUAR projects.
In addition, the upcoming project will give Monét another opportunity to expand on the musical world she created with JAGUAR, JAGUAR II and JAGUAR II: Deluxe.
Frequency Of Love Tour Begins In October
The Frequency Of Love Tour officially begins on October 27 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
From there, Monét will travel throughout the United States and Canada. The trek includes stops in several major markets, including Charlotte, New Orleans, Houston and Dallas.
After the Texas dates, she will head to Atlanta for a highly anticipated performance at the Fox Theatre on November 4.
Following Atlanta, Monét will perform in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa before continuing through Philadelphia, Boston, Detroit, Milwaukee and Chicago.
The tour will then head north of the border for a November 21 performance in Toronto. One day later, Monét will return to the United States for a Pittsburgh show at Citizens Live at The Wylie.
Additionally, she will perform in New York City on November 24 at the Infosys Theater at Madison Square Garden.
From there, the tour continues to Washington, D.C., Nashville and Austin. Monét will then head west for dates in Phoenix, San Diego, Inglewood and Las Vegas.
Finally, she will travel through Vancouver, Seattle and Sacramento before closing the tour on December 17 in San Francisco.
Monét Previously Joined Bruno Mars On Tour
The new headline tour comes shortly after Monét completed a major run with Bruno Mars.
Earlier this summer, she joined Mars as a special guest during the European and U.K. leg of The Romantic Tour. As a result, she performed for sold-out stadium audiences across several major international markets.
Those stops included Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan and London.
Now, Monét will have the opportunity to headline her own North American shows. Fans can expect the upcoming concerts to feature music from Frequency Of Love alongside favorites from her celebrated catalog.
In particular, songs from JAGUAR, JAGUAR II and JAGUAR II: Deluxe are expected to be part of the experience.
Victoria Monét Launches Frequency Of Love Foundation
The Frequency Of Love era is also about more than music.
Alongside the album and tour, Monét is launching The Frequency Of Love Foundation. The new youth-centered education and wellness initiative is focused on giving children greater knowledge about food, agriculture, culinary skills and wellness.
Through those programs, the foundation aims to support healthier futures for young people.
Furthermore, fans attending the tour will have a chance to contribute directly. At checkout, concertgoers can choose to donate $1 to help fund the foundation’s community garden programs.
Therefore, the upcoming tour will give fans an opportunity to experience Monét’s new music while also supporting an initiative connected to youth and wellness.
