Nicki Minaj reveals “Super Freaky Girl” 2x platinum plaque

Last month, Nicki Minaj trended after revealing the official title and release date for her long-awaited fifth studio album. This is “Pink Friday 2,” and is scheduled to be out all the way in November, on the 17th. This comes after Nicki initially aimed for an October 20 date. Pink Friday 2 serves as the sequel to Nicki Minaj’s 2010 debut studio album.

Meanwhile, Nicki continues to do numbers with her recently released singles. This includes her 2022 Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping “Super Freaky Girl” single. This record also just hit the 2x platinum mark in the US, after selling over 2 million units.

Furthermore, Nicki has just revealed the plaque that she just got for Super Freaky Girl going 2x platinum. She mentioned how this is the last rap song to go number one in the US, and is also close to being 3x platinum as well. Nicki also went on to thank her Barbz fanbase for all of the support. This year, Nicki has also been buzzing for her latest “Red Ruby Da Sleeze” single.
