Not only is it the things people do that are odd, but also the things they spend their money on. In Japan, a man is getting a lot of attention. Of all things, the man has spent 2 million Japanese Yen to become a dog. The man had a custom costume made to fit his human body, but made to look like a border collie dog. This past week, the man went out in public dressed like this, for the first time.
The TV show, “Atlanta,” gave a perspective on the extremities of life. Many things on the show were an exaggeration of wild things people were actually doing. Something like a man spending essentially $2 million to become a dog sounds like something that Donald Glover would’ve put in that show. However, none of this is fictional. This is real life.
Recently, a Japan native decided to make a change in his life. For most people, this may mean a career change, or a workout program. With this man, this wasn’t the case. Instead, the man decided he would become a dog. He spent 2 million Japanese Yen to have a costume made for him to wear. This week, he went out in public, dressed like a dog, and acting like a dog.
