G Herbo shares one major thing in common with Moneybagg Yo, which is Ari. As most know, G Herbo and Ari were involved years ago and they share a small son. Since 2019, Ari and Moneybagg Yo have been dating. Despite this, G Herbo and Moneybagg Yo don’t appear to have any issues with each other. At the same time, both probably would have preferred not doing their interview at the BET Awards on stage together.

G Herbo and Moneybagg Yo both enjoyed breakout success in 2017. During that period of time, there was a huge shakeup in the rap game. This shakeup led to these guys becoming the new stars in the game. Meanwhile, some of the older names, or artists who were just dominant in that period, began to fall to the wayside. As that happened, G Herbo continued making hits. At the same time, Moneybagg Yo continued his takeover of the game.

G Herbo has never said anything publicly about Moneybagg Yo. Likewise, Moneybagg Yo has never said anything about G Herbo. The two, as previously stated, have never publicly had any issues. However, with Moneybagg Yo dating the mother of G Herbo’s child, that has to be awkward. This is especially true, since both men are in the same profession. So when things like award shows happen, awkward moments can take place. This happened, yesterday, as BET had Herb and Bagg together on the interview stage.
