There is so much disrespect in the world. Back in 2007, there was a debate among Black leaders over the “n-word.” The leaders proposed retiring the word, due to the stigmatizing history behind it. However, the youth of the time pushed back against this idea. The new age line of thought was that the word has a different spelling and a different meaning. Over the past decade, this has clearly not been the case. Recently, a video has gone viral of some Black kids in class overusing the word. As a result, their White teacher called them down, and gave them a threat.

Lately, there have been a large number of videos showing students and teachers going at it. These kids have been beyond disrespectful. What’s so sad about it is how a large portion of the teachers really do want to just educate the kids. However, the kids are so focused on causing disruptions. Not only do the kids succeed in doing that, they are breaking their teachers down. Many students have beaten their teachers, leaving them in tears, and others have been disrespectful with their words.

Currently, there is a teacher who is going viral for how he checked his students. While in class, a group of Black students were continuously using the “n-word.” Language such as this prohibited on school grounds, anyway. As a result, the teacher called them down for using inappropriate language. However, some feel he may have taken things too far. After all, the teacher, who is a White man, told the students that if they kept using the “n-word,” he would treat them like it.
