DaniLeigh had previously been known for being a breakout artist in R&B, from 2018-2021. She also went on to have a child with DaBaby, as that relationship went on to quickly turn sour.

Meanwhile, DaniLeigh is now running into some concerning legal issues. According to TMZ, she was arrested Tuesday morning, in Miami Beach. This was as a result of a DUI hit and run. Furthermore, an injured victim at the scene ended up with a serious back injury, who was said to have been riding a moped. That person was treated at a local hospital for a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.

A police report went on to state that witnesses claimed that DaniLeigh was seen swerving in and out of lanes. After hitting the victim who was on their moped, she reportedly dragged them, for almost a block. In addition to this, a police officer went on to stop DaniLeigh and claimed that she smelled of alcohol. She also failed a field sobriety test, and also took a Breathalyzer. DaniLeigh was at twice the legal limit, at 0.145 and 0.148.

Due to this arrest, DaniLeigh has now been hit with three felonies. Among them are driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property.
